Advantages of polished stainless steel tube:
- Greatly improved corrosion resistance. Due to the selective dissolution of elements in electropolishing, a dense solid transparent film is formed on the surface of chromium-rich solids, and an electrical surface is formed, eliminating and reducing microporous corrosion.
- The surface of the micro-electrolytic polishing head is smoother and more reflective than mechanical polishing. This makes the device non-stick to the wall, no hanging materials, and easy-to-clean surfaces. It reduces the number of wires by about GMP and FDA regulations.
- Electrolytic polishing is not restricted by the size and shape of the workpiece. Mechanical polishing can properly polish workpieces, such as thin-walled pipe walls, elbows, bolts, nuts, and inside and outside walls of containers.
